• Do you build your buildings on site, or are they brought in already built?

We build the buildings at our shop and deliver them to you already built.

• Do you sell kits so I can build the building myself?

No, we only sell completed buildings.

• Does delivery cost extra?

Delivery is free within a 50 mile radius. An additional charge of $2.00 per loaded mile is added to any location over 50 miles.

• I'm not sure if I would have enough room at my place to bring a building in already built.

If you're not sure we could deliver to your place you can request a free site inspection. If we cannot deliver the building already built we can also erect it on site. An additional charge for on-site construction may apply.

• What do I need to do to get ready for my building?

If your site is level enough, the ideal setup would consist of either a concrete or limestone pad so your building can set on a solid level base. If your site isn't level enough to do this, if you provide concrete blocks we will place blocking underneath your building to level it upon delivery. If you have any questions about your specific situation just contact us and well be glad to advise you.

• Is flooring material pressure treated?

All buildings are built with pressure treated skids and floor joists and 3/4" exterior grade plywood. 3/4" pressure treated plywood is offered as an additional option.

• Will the floor hold my lawn tractor?

Yes, our standard floor is fine for most storage purposes and lawn and garden equipment. If you plan to put a vehicle or full-sized farm tractor in the building our optional treated floor is recommended for additional strength.

• How wide are the doors?

Door width changes according to the building width.

• Can I choose the color scheme for my building?

Yes, you can choose from 12 different colors that we offer. If you prefer you may order your building unpainted and paint it yourself.

• How often should I repaint my building?

For best protection repainting is recommended in approximately 5 to 7 years. Individuals situations may vary.

• Can I have my building stained instead of painted?

We do not offer any stains. If you wish to finish the building yourself  we recommend a quality latex or oil based house paint. If you wish to stain your building you must use a solid color stain rather than a transparent stain.

• Do you have buildings available or do I have to order?

We usually have a limited amount of buildings on hand that you can choose from for immediate delivery, or you can order a customized building at any time.

• How long does it take to get the building I order?

Delivery time varies seasonally, but is usually 2 to 4 weeks.
